The high-stakes group meeting at the White House on Tuesday amounted to a “significant” step toward ending Russia’s war in Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Tuesday.

“This was truly a significant step toward ending the war and ensuring the security of Ukraine and our people,” he said in a social media post. “We are already working on the concrete content of the security guarantees.”
